The palate is fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, gourmandize, a beautiful freshness as well as an acidulous frame, tension, precision, a fine aerial side, a certain richness full of control, deepness, a beautiful precise grain and a certain straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quite ripe wild blackberry, raspberry and small notes of redcurrant associated with small touches of dry violet, lily, dry cassis as well as hints of clove associated with small touches of dry violet, lily, dry cassis as well as hints of clove, a racy minerality, tonka bean, an imperceptible hint of hazelnut, almond and chocolate.
