The nose is fruity, elegant, fresh, gourmand and beautifully built. It reveals notes of bright blackberry, quite ripe strawberry and small notes of small ripe/juicy fruits associated with touches of violet, griotte, Sichuan pepper, small blue fruits as well as fine hints of lily, liquorice, a racy minerality, an imperceptible hint of underwood and Madagascar pepper. The palate is fruity, fresh, precise, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, a beautiful definition, precision, tension, power, a fine unctuosity, precision, a justly built richness as well as a fine chiseled side, a racy minerality and a certain straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy wild raspberry, juicy/fresh cassis and small notes of juicy/fresh wild strawberry associated with small touches of violet, quite ripe small wild fruits, camphor, a racy/iodine minerality as well as fine hints of violet, tonka bean, cherry blossom, sweet spices, a discreet hint of tobacco and a subtle hint of underwood. Good length.
