Nice ruby color, limpid and shiny. The first nose is very toasted with toasted bread especially. We have a mineral side that appears with tomato sauce. With aeration, the alcohol is felt accompanied by stewed black fruits such as blackberries. There are also cinnamon and vanilla which bring sweetness to the nose. The palate is fresh. We find a nice acidity accompanied by black fruits such as blackberry and blackcurrant. Pepper and rose petals appear on the mid-palate. The finish is pure. We have the impression of biting into fresh fruits. We therefore have the slight astringency of these berries, juice, a touch of bitterness, chewiness and a finish that leaves on toast and flowers. The finish is long with some liquorice.
