The nose is spicy, relatively powerful and offers a small alcoholic side. It reveals notes of blackberry, crushed small red fruits and small notes of liquorice associated with touches of kirsch cherry as well as slight hints of camphor and a discreet hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, slightly tight and offers minerality, an acidulous frame as well as tension. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of raspberry/fresh small red fruits, blackberry and small notes of racy minerality associated with slight touches of violet/varietal, cocoa and slight hints of tobacco. Tannins are fine and supple. Good length.
