The nose is aromatic and finely concentrated / powerful. It reveals notes of cassis, black cherry and flowers (cornflower) associated with a hint of blueberry as well as fine hints of sweet spices and nutmeg. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, aerial and offers a nice juiciness, a nice minerality, an acid frame, a fine suavity as well as a nice definition and gourmandise. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of crushed cassis, juicy blackberry, black cherry and fine hints of plum, raspberry associated with touches of toasted oak, subtle / discreet touches of dark chocolate, an imperceptible hint of flowers as well as a hint of cardamom and vanilla. Tannins are well-built. Good length.
