The nose is elegant and offers power, a beautiful finesse of the grain and intensity. It reveals notes of small bright black berries, blackberry, small notes of raspberry associated with fine touches of crushed blueberry, chocolate as well as fine hints of camphor, caramelization, ripe hazelnut, vanilla and coffee. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a fine acidulous frame, a good definition, precision as well as tension, freshness and a beautiful finesse of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy Boysen berry, juicy cassis, small notes of violet, cornflower associated with small touches of crushed blueberry, caramelization as well as fine hints of dark chocolate and bourbon vanilla. Good length. Tannins are well-built and elegant.
