The nose is beautifully built, intense, aromatic, racy and offers power as well as a fine racy richness. It reveals notes of bright strawberry, blueberry and small notes of juicy blackberry associated with touches of fleshy Boysen berry, lily, cornflower as well as fine hints of bergamot, cuben pepper, a discreet hint of sweet spices and an imperceptible hint of rose/timut pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, precise and offers juiciness, freshness, minerality, a beautiful definition, a certain gourmandize as well as tension, energy, an acidulous frame, complexity, a small multi-layer side, fatness as well as roundness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, juicy/pulpy blue plum and small notes of small fleshy/juicy red berries associated with a touch of strawberry, pulpy cassis, cornflower, lily as well as hints of nutmeg, cardamom and a hint of tonka bean. Fine hints of toasted, hazelnut and vanilla on the persistence. Tannins are elegant, precise and very finely chewy. Good length. A very discreet hint of lilac (in the background) on the finish.
