The nose is elegant, aromatic, gourmand and offers a slight richness as well as a beautiful, fine and velvety grain. It reveals notes of blackberry, ripe cassis and small notes of violet associated with small touches of blue fruits, camphor, rose, gray pepper as well as discreet toasted hints and vanilla. The palate is fruity, fine, mineral, elegant, well-balanced and offers a beautiful finesse of the grain, a good structure, dynamism as well as a slight “fluidity”. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy blackberry, juicy cassis and small notes of ripe / juicy blue fruits associated with small touches of raspberry, pepper, small toasted touches as well as discreet hints of chocolate, vanilla, nutmeg and an imperceptible hint of sweet blond tobacco. Tannins are fine and slightly firm. Good length. Beautiful definition and beautiful precision.
