Lovely fruity nose, elegant and offering pulpiness, richness as well as a slight velvetiness. We find notes of Bigarreau cherry, luscious strawberry and slight notes of cornflower associated with touches of pulpy blueberry, bright blackcurrant as well as hints of bergamot, lily, graphene and discreet hints of spices. soft. The palate is fruity, balanced, racy limestone and offers a nice acidulous structure, a beautiful freshness, a linear / long side (in the positive sense of the term), minerality, energy, a nice purity as well as a beautiful delicacy/sweetness from Cabernet Franc. On the palate this wine expresses notes of roasted cherry, small bright/pulpy blue fruits and small notes of cornflower associated with touches of pulpy raspberry, hints of bright blackberry, violet, cherry blossoms as well as hints of fine hints of graphite, tonka bean, toasted, with a subtle hint almost of warm sap and salinity.
