The nose is aromatic, gourmand and offers richness. It reveals notes of strawberry, blackberry and small notes of cassis associated with fine touches of toasted, caramelization/Bourbon vanilla as well as a hint of grilled almond and an imperceptible hint of flowers/Cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, gourmandize, an acidulous/juicy frame, tension, precision, a very fine uncutosity, a good finesse of the grain, a beautiful minerality, a beautiful fruit as well as a beautiful definition.
