On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy blackberry, fleshy/juicy cassis and small notes of fleshy/juicy raspberry associated with fine touches of toasted, Bourbon vanilla, caramelization, mocha, very discreet varietals hints, nutmeg as well as an imperceptible hint of candied fruits (on the finish), gray pepper and coffee (in the background). Tannins are very slightly dry. There is a very discreet saline hint on he finish/persistence.
