The nose is elegant, fine, beautifully racy (marqued by the terroir) and offers a fine power (in delicacy) and a beautiful finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of pulpy blackberry, pulpy/juicy blueberry, small notes of strawberry associated with small touches of small crushed black fruits, violet, sense of the place as well as fine hints of nutmeg, almond and a very fine hint of zan and a almost orangery hint. The palate is fruity, elegant, racy, beautifully defined and offers precision, harmony, finesse, tension as well as a beautiful delicacy of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, juicy Boysen berry, small notes of small juicy/acidulous blue fruits associated with touches of juicy/crunchy strawberry, cornflower, violet as well as fine hints of chocolate, toasted and sweet spices/toasted. Tannins are elegant, racy, fine and coating. A wine full of delicacy and racy. A beautiful success.
