The nose is elegant, harmonious, complex and offers power in finesse, suppleness, precisely measured concentration, harmony as well as a fine, powerful and elegant grain. It reveals notes of ripe wild blackberry, black pepper and small notes of cornflower associated with touches of crushed raspberry, fleshy blue plum as well as hints of pepper and fine hints of roasting. The palate is fruity, mineral, balanced, distinguished and offers a juicy structure, freshness, tension, accuracy, delicacy, a certain straightness, a lovely finesse in its fullness / roundness, fullness, a beautiful structure as well as a lovely delicacy in its power. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, pulpy/juicy black plum and small notes of small roasted red fruits associated with touches of sense of place and roasted/coffee. The tannins are supple. Beautiful freshness, harmony and suppleness! Beautiful complexity of the aromatic palette.
