The nose is fruity, elegant, fin, relatively powerful and quite generous. It reveals notes of boysenberry jam, cassis and slight notes of violet associated with slight notes of plum jam, a fine hint of strawberry as well as a hint of oak, violet and a touch of liquorice. The palate is fruity, elegant, fine, precise, pure, relatively fat and offers minerality, suavity, harmony, a small freshness / tension as well as a beautiful, unctuous and slightly silky matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy boysenberry, Quetsche plum and slight notes of blueberry associated with touches of liquorice and toasted oak. Tannins are fine, elegant and slightly firm. Good length and persistence.
