The nose is elegant, racy and offers a beautiful dimension, freshness as well as a beautiful deepness and a fine carved side. This wine should be decanted. It reveals notes of quite ripe cassis, violet, small ripe fruits and small notes of nutmeg associated with fine touches of blueberry, lily as well as very fine hint of Cuben/Sichuan pepper, spices, very fine hints of sense of the place/biotope and an imperceptible menthol hint. The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced, elegant, complete and offers a beautiful freshness, minerality as well as an acidulous frame, deepness, a beautiful freshness (brings brightness), ampleness (full of finesse), deepness, a beautiful precision of the grain and a beautiful fullness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/fresh blackberry, fresh/juicy cassis and small notes of strawberry associated with touches of blueberry as well as hints of small juicy/fresh wild black berries, tonka bean, almond, toasted, camphor/graphit, discreet hints of sweet spices, cloves and an imperceptible sappy hint (brings a little brightness). Tannins are precise, structuring and elegant. A good length. A fine salinity on the finish/persistence (+ de 16 caudalies).
