Château Pauillac 2019 – Pauillac

Château Pauillac 2019 – Pauillac

The nose is peppery and racy. There are notes of wild blackberry and ripe wild berries combined with hints of Sichuan pepper, lily, cardamom and a subtle hint of sweet spice. The palate is fruity, discreetly tight and offers juiciness, acidity, good definition, a certain gourmandise and a little tension. On the palate this wine expresses tart/juicy blackberry, red berry and slightly fresh lily notes combined with hints of saline/gravely minerality and hints of toast, cardamom and a fine mocha note. The tannins are supple.
