It reveals notes of dry zests, kumquat, small notes of yellow peach associated with fine touches of quince, lemon flowers, fine hints of garrigue and fresh thyme. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, roundness, grain as well as a fine tension and an aromatic purity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy kumquat, juicy Mirabelle, small notes of quince associated with fine touches of citrus, a subtle hint of violet and very discreet hint of fresh thyme. Good length.
