The nose is fruity, fresh, precise, elegant, racy and offers a small incisive side. It reveals notes of lemon, mandarin zests and pink grapefruit associated with small notes of ripe nectarine as well as fine/discreet touches of pineapple. The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced, mineral and offers tension, a bit aerial, a beautiful precision/definition as well as a good finesse of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon, mandarin and more slightly zest associated with touches of peach/nectarine, a subtle hint of pink grapefruit, pineapple, racy minerality as well as a very discreet hint of kumquat (in the background) and discreet touches of toasted almond. Good length. Beautiful persistence and gourmandize!
