The nose is slightly tight and slighlty concentrated. It reveals notes of cassis, spices and a discreet hint of leather, gray pepper associated with slight touches of crushed raspberry, crushed redcurrant / blackberry as well as touches of vanilla and toasted touches. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh raspberry, fresh cherry and discreet touches of blackberry associated with a subtle hint of liquorice as well as a discreet touch of vanilla and tobacco (in the background). Good length and good persistence.
