A nose that, compared with “Les ailes de Paloumey 2006” is more woody, more spicy. The nose of black fruits. The palate is complex, sweet with a good tannic structure but it is also more powerful than the previous wine. It expresses floral notes but also ripe black fruits (cherries, cassis, plum) with some red fruit after oxygenation. Also a few notes of almonds. A well-made wine!
