The nose is fruity, elegant, fine and offers a beautiful deepness as well as a nice structure. It reveals notes of red fruits (raspberry, cherry, small fruits) associated with slight notes of blackberry and cassis associated with discreet hints of coffee, racy minerality as well as a very discreet hint of pepper (on the finish) and toasted oak. The palate is fruity, juicy, tight and offers a beautiful structure, tension, fat, a beautiful acid frame, roundness, a beautiful finesse as well as a beautiful freshness and a slight smoothness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crushed blackberry, crushed raspberry, crushed strawberry and slight notes of cassis cream associated with hints of toasted oak as well as a very discreet hint of sweet spices and pepper on the finish. Tannins are fine and silky. There is a very slight hint of dark chocolate/black pepper on the finish/persistence.
