The nose is structured, racy (Cabernet) and offers a fine power. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, crunchy wild strawberry and small notes of pepper associated with touches of small berries, fresh flowers/violet as well as discreet hints of liquorice stick. The palate is fruity, juicy, mineral, well-balanced and offers freshness, a good definition as well as silkiness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, fleshy/juicy red berries and small notes of juicy/crunchy cherry associated with small touches of crunchy/juicy wild strawberry, fresh flowers as well as hints of liquorice, tonka bean, spices, toasted and a very discreet/imperceptible hint of caramelized oak. Tannins are fine and structured.
