The nose is fresh and offers a fine power as well as a very fine intensity. It reveals notes of crushed wild blackberry, cassis bud, small notes of small wild red berries associated with fine touches of fresh flowers, hints of cardamom, fresh mild tobacco and a discreet hint of spices. The palate is fruity, slightly tight/on the hold and offers minerality, a fine richness as well as a fine concentration and a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, cassis, cassis bud, small notes of fresh flowers associated with small touches of red fruits as well as fine hints of fresh mild tobacco, nutmeg, cardamom and a very discreet hint of chocolate (in the background). Good length.
