The nose offers precision and maturity. On the palate, the wine is tight, drying, with salivating acidity. It expresses notes of tangy black fruits (blackcurrant, morello cherry, black plum), strawberry and tart cherry, combined with notes of licorice and white pepper. The finish is dry, with medium persistence.
