Château Moutte Blanc 2019 – Margaux

Château Moutte Blanc 2019 – Margaux

The nose is aromatic and offers concentration and good definition. There are notes of pulpy cherry, crushed wild strawberry and more slightly liquorice combined with delicate touches of Cuben pepper, lilac and a hint of cardamom and nutmeg. The palate is fresh, mineral and offers concentration, roundness, gourmandise, sapidity and a pulpy/acidic fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/acidic raspberry, redcurrant and more slightly juicy blackberry combined with hints of violet, racy minerality, liquorice and a subtle touch of chocolate. Good length. A subtle hint of blond tobacco in the background.
