The nose is fresh, fruity,elegant and offers complexity, a beautiful definition as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. A multi-layer wine which needs to be worked in the glass and time to revealed. It reveals notes of fleshy/juicy blackberry, fleshy/juicy raspberry and small notes of flowers (cornflower, lily) associated with fine touches of small blue fruits, hints of vanillaas well as a discreet hint of cardamom, spices and a very discreet hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, minerality, a good definition, finesse, elegance, a god structure, concentration (full of finesse), density, gourmandize, a fleshy/juicy fruit as well as richness (but well controlled/dosed). On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy blackberry, fleshy/juicy cassis and small notes of raspberry, fleshy/juicy small red berries, fleshy/juicy cherry associated with hints of flowers, subtle hints of toasted, caramelized oak, chocolate as well as a very discreet hint of tea and nutmeg. Tannins are elegant and structuring. Good length.
