The nose is fine, complex, elegant and offers concentration. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, wild raspberry and fine touches of crunchy red berries, spices as well as hints of gray pepper, almond, tea and subtle touches of toasted/spices. The palate is juicy, fruity, well-balanced, racy, elegant and offers minerality, a beautiful definition, a fine unctuosity, fat, a good freshness as well as fullness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, black cherry and more slightly fleshy red berries, wild raspberry associated with fine touches of racy minerality, pepper as well as subtle/discreet touches of cornflower, zan, spices, toasted/nut and a discreet saline hint (in the background). Tannins are elegant and well-built. Good length and persistence.
