Château Moulin Riche 2020, Saint-Julien

On the nose, fruity with a mastered richness and fine concentration. It reveals notes of bright strawberry, pulpy redcurrant and hints of fleshy cherry combined with fine touches of nutmeg, violet and a discreet hint of spice. On the palate, it is fruity, balanced with an acidic structure, good definition, a certain gourmandize, mastered richness, tension and a discreetly tight content. The wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, fleshy strawberry and hints of bright redcurrant associated with touches of violet, lily and fine spices (added by the Petit Verdot), zan and a subtle hint of toastiness. Good length. The tannins are finely mellow.
