The palate is fruity and offers minerality, juiciness, a mineral backbone and a certain acidity. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, crushed blackcurrant and, more slightly, pulpy/juicy raspberry, combined with hints of violet, bergamot, as well as fine graphite, tonka bean, a subtle hint of spice, a discreet hint of aromatic herbs, and a subtle hint of salinity (in the background). The tannins are structured.
