On the nose, fruity and offers a fine richness. It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy blackcurrant and more slightly vanilla associated with touches of pulpy blue berries, licorice as well as a fine touch of toast, sweet spices, a very discreet saline touch and a very fine milky side. On the palate, fruity, mineral, juicy, balanced and offers a good definition, gourmandise, freshness, a nice minerality, fleshiness and a mineral/acidic frame. The wine expresses juicy/pulpy blackberry, bursting black currant and more lightly fresh raspberry notes combined with hints of violet, vanilla, toastiness as well as fine hints of toasted almond, tobacco and spice. Good length. |
