The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a very fine cremosity, freshness, a fine juiciness, a beautiful acidity, tension as well as a fine straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cassis, crushed blackberry and small notes blueberry, fleshy strawberry associated with small touches of racy minerality, touches of toasted oak, chocolate as well a discreet hint of vanilla and an imperceptible hint of hazelnut (in the background). Tannins are very fine. Good length and gourmande persistence.
