The nose is aromatic and offers freshness as well as a smal concentration. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry and ripe wild strawberry associated with small notes of cassis, chocolate as well as a very discreet hint of coffee and subtle touches of caramelization. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, very slightly tight, precise and offers a good definition, a fine mineral frame, a fine juiciness, a beautiful fat, a good structure, gourmandize as well as a very fine creaminess. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, juicy black cherry and more slightly cassis associated with touches of toasted oak, caramelization, sugared tobacco as well as a very discreet hint of vanilla. Tannins are well-built. Good length.
