On the nose it is aromatic and it offers a little richness / concentration. It reveals notes of crushed cassis, creamy cherry and slightly cornflowers associated with touches of caramelization, toasted hazelnut and a subtle hint of bergamot. The palate is fruity, balanced and offers a tangy structure, juiciness, a fine sweetness, a little fat, a certain little richness as well as freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy blackberry, creamy raspberry and more slightly crushed red berries associated with touches of violet, cornflowers as well as fine hints of toasted almond and a discreet hint of vanilla (in the background).
