The nose is fruity and offers concentration. It reveals notes of wild cassis, ripe blackberry, small notes of ripe raspberry associated with small touches of violet, balsamic hints, pepper and liquorice. The palate is fruity and offers a mineral frame, tension, straightness and fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy wild cassis, fleshy blackberry, small notes of fleshy raspberry associated with touches of small fleshy berries, violet, iris, a racy minerality as well as hints of liquorice, cuben pepper and nutmeg. Tannins are finely firm. Very discreet hints of chocolate on the finish/persistence.
