It reveals notes of pulpy blackberry, creamy cassis and hints of crushed strawberry associated with fine touches of cardamom, star anise, violet, pulpy/fresh blueberry as well as toast and hazelnut. On the palate, fruity and offers juiciness, brightness, gourmandize, a nice freshness, a certain aromatic purity, depth, a fine intensity, a certain delicacy as well as an airy side in the approach. The wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, bright boysenberry and hints of juicy/fresh currants combined with touches of raspberry, crisp blueberry, lily and hints of star anise, zan and fine dark chocolate. The tannins are precise, polished, elegant and fresh.
