The nose is fresh, fruity and offers a fine concentration as well as a certain gourmandize. It reveals notes of fresh blackberry, violet and small notes of pulpy blue berries associated with touches of fleshy / fresh raspberry as well as hints of Bourbon vanilla and a fine hint of sweet blond tobacco. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, beautiful juiciness, fresh / juicy / ripe fruit, matter, gourmandize, energy as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / pulpy raspberry, juicy / acidulous blackberry and small notes of strawberry associated with a touch of acidulous / pulpy plum as well as hints of tonka bean, toast, hazelnut and a discreet hint of mocha / cocoa on the finish. Presence of a subtle hint of good bitterness (cocoa) and a subtle varietal hint on the finish / persistence (brings pep and length).
