The nose is fruity and aromatic. It reveals notes of flowers (violet, iris) associated with a slight note of blueberry jam as well as touches of cherry, blackberry, licorice and a fine touch of cassis bud (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers minerality, freshness, tension as well as a beautiful silky and slightly creamy matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, cassis and slight notes of blueberry cream, Quetsche plum associated with slight notes of licorice, flowers as well as a fine note of chocolate and a small woody notes. Tannins are fine and slightly firm. Good length. A beautiful wine!
