The nose is fruity. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, a fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy blackberry, cherry, small notes of blueberry associated with very fine hints of crushed redcurrant, violet as well as a subtle hint of tonka bean/cocoa, tobacco, a very discreet hint of cardamom and coffee. Good length. Tannins are finely marked.
