Château Maïme – Origine 2016 – Côtes de Provence

Syrah, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Mourvèdre

The wine shows a bright ruby colour with a touch of garnet. The nose is deep and already well developed, revealing nuances of mocha, tonka beans and cacao, supported by notes of ripe black plums, figs and prunes in the background. The palate is juicy and round, with beautiful fruit concentration, pleasant fruit sweetness of Grenache, refreshing acidity and bold, robust tannins. The palate reveals nuances of ripe red cherries, a touch of strawberries and blackberries, sweet spices and a delicate meaty hint on the finish. A well-developed wine with pleasant, spicy finish.
