Château Maïme Heritage AOP Côtes de Provence 2021

The wine has a pale melon color. It is clear and shiny. The first nose is discreet on the fruits of the orchard like the apricot but also on the small crushed red fruits like the currant. The second nose is still discreet. Light floral notes are present like almond blossom. It’s delicate. The mouth is fresh, the attack is tangy with green apple but also pear. There are orchard fruits such as white peach and small white cherry. The mid-palate reveals a subtle bitterness with citrus notes such as lemon zest. The finish is discreet like the wine. Well balanced.
