The nose is fruity and spicy with a finely tight grain and a certain depth. There are notes of wild blackberries, small ripe wild berries and small notes of gray pepper associated with touches of star anise, spices and crushed red berries as well as discreet hints of sweet blond tobacco and lily. The palate is mineral with fatness and smoothness. There is some airiness like a positive lightness in its material which offers stretchiness. The tangy frame has notes of juicy and pulpy blackberries, crushed blackcurrant and small notes of pulpy blue plums associated with a touch of crushed cherry, fresh flowers as well as a hint of fresh blond tobacco and spices. The tannins are supple, there is a nice minerality and freshness.
