The nose is fruity and offers a fine richness, elegance, a small gourmandize and a fine grain. It reveals notes of creamy blackberry, cornflower, small blue fruits, small notes of fleshy wild strawberry associated with a hint of violet, rose as well as fine hints of toasted, chocolate, a hint of pencil lead and toasted almond. The palate is fresh, mineral, racy, finely tight and offers a small gourmandize, a certain straightness as well as a fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy blackberry, wild raspberry, small notes of small fleshy blue fruits associated with touches of violet, cornflower as well as a hint of toasted, chocolate, a discreet hint of pepper and cardamom.
