Château Magnol 2016 – Haut-Médoc, Cru Bourgeois

Château Magnol 2016 – Haut-Médoc, Cru Bourgeois

The nose offers a small concentration. It reveals notes of cassis, toasted and more slightly crushed blackberry associated with a hint of ripe/crushed redcurrant, hints of toasted oak as well as a hint of grilled and pepper. The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced and offers a small juiciness as well as a mineral frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fleshy red cherry, fleshy/juicy cassis and more slightly strawberry associated with a hint of liquorice, flowers as well as a very discreet hint of vanilla, grilled and an imperceptible cassis bud (in the background).
