Château Lyonnat – Emotion 2021 – Lussac Saint-Emilion

Château Lyonnat – Emotion 2021 – Lussac Saint-Emilion

The nose is fruity, aromatic and reveals a certain generosity. There are notes of ripe strawberry, blackcurrant and, to a lesser extent, blueberry, combined with touches of fresh blond tobacco, a hint of vanilla and fine, almost cardamom-like notes. The palate is mineral, fruity and offers a fine creaminess, a certain gourmandize and a fine richness. On the palate, this wine expresses fleshy/pulpy blackberry, strawberry and slightly pulpy cherry notes combined with hints of violet, lilac, nutmeg and fine notes of sweet blond tobacco and a subtle hint of nutmeg. Good length. The tannins are soft and fresh. Nice chewiness and fine sapidity on the finish/persistence.
