It reveals notes of ripe cassis, wild blackberry and small notes of strawberry associated with fine touches of violet as well as fine hints of Cuben pepper and a very discreet hint of nutmeg. The palate is well-balanced, finely tight and offers a racy minerality, power, a small power as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cassis, fleshy/juicy blackberry and small notes of juicy/fresh raspberry associated with fine touches of flowers, tonka bean as well as discreet hints of caramelization. Tannins are well-built. The persistence is gourmand and offers a fine sapidity.
