The wine is shiny and limpid. It has a light apricot colour. The first nose is subtle, aromatic with notes of stone fruit. With air, we perceive yellow peach, nectarine, apricot and also white grapes. A mineral side emerges on the freshness as well as a clay aspect which comes from its soil. Gradually we smell citrus fruits with lemon zest and orange blossom. The attack is fresh, frank, pleasant. The acidity is lemony. We also feel a bouquet of citrus fruits with grapefruit and orange blossom. The mid-palate is particularly floral: jasmine, small wild roses, climbing honeysuckle. Everything is wrapped in fruit and a saline note. The finish continues on the freshness and this hint of iodine.
