Château Liversan 2017 – Haut-Médoc

Château Liversan 2017 – Haut-Médoc

The nose is fruity and concentrated. It reveals notes of cassis, boysenberry, blueberry and fine touches of wild strawberry associated with touches of liquorice, spices as well as subtle/very discreet hints of vanilla (in the background). The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced, well-built and offers a beautiful definition, unctuosity, tension, an acid frame as well as dynamism. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, crushed cassis and more slightly crushed strawberry associated with a fine touch of blueberry, liquorice, chocolate and very discreet touches of almond. Tannins are fine and well-built. Beautiful and gourmand persistence.
