Château Liot 2020, Sauternes

On the nose, fruity and offers freshness. It reveals notes of ripe/fresh apple, lemon and slightly fresh Spanish lime combined with a touch of lime zest, candied white berries and a discreet hint of beeswax and elderflower. On the palate, fruity and offers freshness, minerality, good definition, a certain gourmandize, a little richness and a fine tension. The wine expresses notes of fleshy/pulpy apple, crushed pear and more lightly white berries in syrup combined with hints of lychee in syrup as well as fine pineapple, a discreet touch of elderflower and an imperceptible one of lime (in the background).
