Château Liot 2018 – Sauternes

The nose is fruity and offers freshness as well as a fine syrupy side. It reveals notes of lychee, candied apple, small notes of crushed vine peach associated with small touches of lemon flowers, fine hints of crystallized mandarine, a discreet hint of racy minerality, almond and spices. The palate is fruity, syrupy and offers a good freshness as well as minerality and a fresh frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied apple, candied pear, small notes of lychee in syrup associated with small touches of peach in syrup as well as hints of roasted pineapple, a subtle hint of almond, lemon flowers, a very discreet hint of crystallizes lemon, a racy minerality and vanilla. Good length.
