Château L’Indécise 2022 – Sainte Foy Côtes de Bordeaux

(80% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Sémillon) The nose is reserved, but fresh and tangy. It expresses notes of ripe lemon, lime, crunchy pineapple and white nectarine, combined with a hint of bitter grapefruit, acacia and wild flowers. On the palate, the wine is more expressive and offers concentration and roundness. We find notes of ripe lemon, grapefruit, crunchy apricot, yellow peach, combined with a hint of passion fruit, melon and a very light vanilla note in the background. Beautiful acidity and a good bitterness on the persistent finish. A rather closed wine on the nose, but which offers depth and a beautiful brightness on the palate.
